These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of USDT Infinity: Miner Simulator (“the App”), provided by Real Royal Family Foundation (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

  1. ENTERTAINMENT-ONLY SIMULATION

The App is a crypto-themed puzzle and simulation game provided solely for entertainment.

The App:

• Does not perform real cryptocurrency mining
• Does not use device processing power to mine cryptocurrency
• Does not generate real USDT, cryptocurrency, money, income, or financial returns
• Does not provide a cryptocurrency wallet or exchange
• Does not provide investment, trading, banking, or financial services
• Does not permit deposits, withdrawals, transfers, or redemption of virtual balances

Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or cryptocurrency advice.

  1. VIRTUAL GAME ITEMS

Coins, Diamonds, simulated USDT balances, rewards, exchange rates, leaderboard scores, ranks, levels, and other items displayed in the App are virtual game elements.

Virtual game items:

• Have no real-world monetary value
• Do not represent actual cryptocurrency
• Cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, traded, redeemed, or exchanged for money
• Do not establish ownership of any cryptocurrency or financial asset
• May be adjusted, reset, limited, or removed as part of App maintenance or balancing

Completing levels, viewing advertisements, using hints, or participating in other App activities will not result in real-world earnings.

  1. GAMEPLAY

Users rotate circuit tiles to complete Infinity Loop puzzle levels across different difficulty modes. We do not guarantee that every user will complete a level, achieve a specific leaderboard position, or obtain a particular virtual balance.

  1. LEADERBOARDS

The App may submit a device-associated identifier and simulated score to a leaderboard service.

Leaderboard positions may change at any time. We may remove, adjust, or reset scores that appear fraudulent, manipulated, duplicated, technically invalid, or inconsistent with fair gameplay.

Users must not attempt to interfere with rankings, falsify scores, reverse engineer leaderboard systems, or gain unauthorized access to App services.

  1. ADVERTISEMENTS

The App may display banner, interstitial, app-open, or other third-party advertisements.

We do not control every advertisement delivered by third-party advertising networks and do not endorse products or services shown in advertisements.

Users are responsible for evaluating third-party offers before interacting with or purchasing anything advertised.

  1. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to manipulate virtual balances or leaderboard scores
• Use automated tools, bots, modified clients, exploits, or unauthorized software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or interfere with the App except where applicable law expressly permits it
• Disrupt servers, APIs, advertisements, or other App functionality
• Copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit App content without permission
• Misrepresent virtual game balances as real cryptocurrency or financial assets

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App’s software, graphics, layouts, gameplay presentation, branding, text, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Real Royal Family Foundation and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

“USDT” may be a trademark of its respective owner. Its use in the App describes a fictional, simulated game balance only.

The App is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, or endorsed by Tether Operations Limited, Apple Inc., or any cryptocurrency issuer, wallet, exchange, or financial institution.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The App may depend on third-party advertising networks, hosting providers, APIs, remote configuration services, and external websites.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for independently operated third-party services, content, availability, or business practices.

  1. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App where reasonably necessary.

Remote configuration, virtual rewards, conversion rates, difficulty balancing, advertising frequency, leaderboard systems, and other non-financial game mechanics may change over time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

  1. NO WARRANTIES

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will always be available or error-free
• Data or progress will never be lost
• Leaderboard rankings will remain unchanged
• Third-party advertisements or services will meet user expectations
• The App will produce any financial or real-world benefit

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Real Royal Family Foundation and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the App.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from:

• A user incorrectly believing virtual balances are real cryptocurrency
• Reliance on simulated balances or conversion rates
• Third-party advertisements, websites, or services
• Loss of local progress following deletion, reset, device replacement, or App removal
• Internet interruptions or backend service outages
• Unauthorized modification or misuse of the App

This limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  1. TERMINATION

We may restrict access to online features or remove leaderboard records if a user violates these Terms, manipulates scores, abuses App services, or creates security risks.

Users may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

  1. PRIVACY

Use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how information may be processed through gameplay, leaderboards, advertisements, and technical services.

  1. APPLE-SPECIFIC TERMS

These Terms are between you and Real Royal Family Foundation, not Apple Inc.

Apple is not responsible for the App, its content, maintenance, support, or any claims relating to the App, except as required by applicable law.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce applicable provisions against users after acceptance of these Terms.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App, legal requirements, or service providers. Continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Real Royal Family Foundation, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights available in the user’s country or region.
