Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of USDT Infinity: Mine Simulation (the “Application”), package name com.usdt.infinity.game.miner, provided by Kodixa Studio (“we,” “us,” or the “Service Provider”). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

1. Entertainment Game

The Application is a neon circuit puzzle game with fictional virtual-currency mechanics. Players rotate tiles, complete circuits, progress through levels and receive virtual game rewards. It is not a cryptocurrency-mining platform, wallet, exchange, investment service or cloud-mining provider.

2. Virtual Currency and Reward Disclaimer

Coins, diamonds and simulated USDT are fictional game balances used only within the Application. Exchange rates, calculations, transactions, rewards and conversions are simulated game mechanics.

These virtual items:

  • Are not real money, USDT, cryptocurrency or tokenized digital assets

  • Have no cash or monetary value

  • Cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, traded, exchanged or redeemed

  • Cannot be sent to a wallet, exchange, bank account or another user

  • Do not establish ownership of any real financial or digital asset

Completing a level, viewing an advertisement, collecting a reward or using the conversion centre does not entitle you to real money, cryptocurrency, products or services.

3. No Mining or Financial Services

No cryptocurrency mining takes place locally or remotely. The Application does not connect to blockchain networks, wallets, exchanges or mining pools and does not use your device's CPU, GPU or other hardware to generate cryptocurrency.

The Application does not provide income, investment returns, passive earnings, financial products or financial, investment, trading, tax or legal advice. No financial gain is offered or guaranteed.

4. Game Progress and Local Storage

The Application does not provide account registration, login or cloud synchronization. Levels, progress, preferences and virtual balances are stored locally on your device. Clearing app data, uninstalling the Application, changing devices or device failure may permanently remove this information.

Difficulty, hints, rewards, conversion ratios, milestone intervals and virtual balances may be controlled by local or remote configuration. We may update, rebalance, reset, suspend or remove game mechanics when reasonably necessary for gameplay, maintenance, security, technical or legal reasons.

Because virtual balances have no monetary value, Kodixa Studio has no obligation to reimburse or compensate users for changed or lost levels, coins, diamonds, simulated USDT or other game progress.

5. Advertisements

The Application contains advertisements, including banner, interstitial and app-open formats. Ads may be displayed during supported app events or interactions. Advertised products and services are provided by third parties under their own terms and policies.

Kodixa Studio does not guarantee, endorse or accept responsibility for third-party advertisements, products, claims, websites or services. You are responsible for evaluating third-party offers before interacting with them.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Application for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activity

  • Manipulate levels, timers, rewards, balances, conversion calculations, advertisements or stored data

  • Use automation, modified software or unauthorized tools to abuse app features

  • Misrepresent screenshots or fictional balances as evidence of real cryptocurrency, earnings, ownership or payment

  • Attempt unauthorized access to configuration services, servers or systems

  • Damage, disrupt, reverse engineer or interfere with the Application, except where applicable law expressly permits it

7. Intellectual Property and Non-Affiliation

The Application's original software, puzzle design, artwork, text, animations and other content provided by Kodixa Studio are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Application according to these Terms.

USDT, Tether and related names, symbols and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance as part of a fictional game does not create any affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement or partnership. Kodixa Studio is not associated with Tether Operations Limited, any cryptocurrency exchange, wallet provider, blockchain network or mining service.

8. Third-Party Services

The Application may use or link to advertising, app-store, browser, hosting or other third-party services. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their independent content, availability, security or practices.

9. Availability and Updates

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Application when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, product changes, technical reasons or legal compliance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties not expressly required by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kodixa Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses resulting from use of or inability to use the Application, loss of game progress or interaction with third-party advertisements or services. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

12. Age and Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity required in your location to accept these Terms. If you are a minor, you may use the Application only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it. We may restrict or discontinue access where reasonably necessary to protect the Application, address abuse, comply with law or discontinue the service.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the Application, third-party services, applicable requirements or our practices change. Updated Terms will display a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply to future use.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that may apply where you live. Disputes will be handled by courts of competent jurisdiction in India, subject to applicable law.
