Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to USDT Infinity: Mine Simulation (the “Application”), package name com.usdt.infinity.game.miner, provided by Kodixa Studio (“we,” “us,” or the “Service Provider”). It explains how information may be collected, used, shared and protected when you use the Application.

1. Information Stored Locally

The Application may process game-related information such as:

  • Completed, current and unlocked levels

  • Puzzle mode, moves, completion time and hint usage

  • Virtual coins, diamonds and simulated USDT balances

  • Fictional conversion history and reward progress

  • Theme, app preferences and cached configuration

  • Game settings and cached configuration

Game progress, virtual balances and preferences are stored locally on your device through SharedPreferences. This local game data is not sent to Kodixa Studio for account synchronization. The Application does not provide account registration or login and does not collect your name, email address, phone number, password or user account ID.

2. Advertising and Automatically Collected Information

The Application displays ads through Google AdMob and related advertising technology. The advertising SDK and its service providers may automatically collect or process information such as:

  • Advertising ID and other device or app identifiers

  • IP address and approximate location inferred from the IP address

  • Device model, operating system, language and app version

  • App interactions, ad views, clicks and impressions

  • Diagnostic, performance and crash-related information

  • Advertising and measurement data

This information may be used to provide, limit, personalize or measure advertising; prevent fraud and abuse; improve ad performance; and maintain service security. Whether personalized ads are used may depend on your region, age signals, consent choices and app configuration.

3. Remote Configuration and Network Requests

The Application connects to remote services to retrieve game configuration, virtual conversion ratios, reward settings, legal links and advertising configuration. These requests may process:

  • IP address

  • Request date and time

  • Package name and app version

  • Basic device and operating-system information

  • Request status, error details and server logs

Configuration may be cached locally so supported features can continue to work when the device is offline.

4. Device Permissions

The Android Application uses:

  • Internet permission: To retrieve remote configuration, load advertisements and open policy links.

  • Advertising ID permission: To allow Google Mobile Ads and related services to provide, measure and protect advertising where permitted.

The current version does not request access to the camera, microphone, precise location, contacts, photo library, storage or Bluetooth. Standard package-visibility entries do not independently grant access to personal content.

5. How Information Is Used

Information may be used to:

  • Save and restore game progress

  • Calculate fictional rewards and conversions

  • Retrieve and cache remote configuration

  • Display, limit and measure advertisements

  • Detect fraud, abuse, manipulation and security incidents

  • Diagnose errors and improve reliability

  • Respond to support and legal requests

  • Comply with applicable law and platform requirements

6. Sharing of Information

Information may be shared with service providers only as necessary for their functions, including:

  • Advertising and ad-measurement providers such as Google AdMob

  • Hosting, network and configuration providers

  • Operating-system, app-store and device-platform providers

  • Security, fraud-prevention and technical-support providers

  • Authorities or other parties when disclosure is legally required

Kodixa Studio does not sell your personal information for direct monetary payment. Advertising providers may process data for advertising purposes as described in their policies and according to applicable consent requirements.

7. Virtual Currency Disclaimer

Coins, diamonds and simulated USDT shown in the Application are fictional game balances. They are not real money, cryptocurrency, tokenized digital assets or financial property. They have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged, sold or redeemed outside the game.

The Application does not perform cryptocurrency mining, connect to a blockchain or wallet, or provide financial, investment or earning services.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Locally stored game data remains on your device until it is cleared, reset or removed by uninstalling the Application. Security, configuration and server-log data may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, subject to operational and legal requirements.

To request access to or deletion of information controlled directly by Kodixa Studio, contact yashpal.mentem@gmail.com. We may need to verify the request. Requests sent to Kodixa Studio cannot delete information controlled independently by advertising, platform or other third-party providers.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information processed in connection with the Application. However, no electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

10. Children's Privacy

The Application is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact yashpal.mentem@gmail.com so we can review the matter and take appropriate action.

If the Application is offered to children in any region, advertising and data practices must be configured to comply with applicable child-directed-service and Google Play Families requirements.

11. International Processing

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, reasonable measures will be used to protect information according to applicable law.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Application, third-party services, legal requirements or our practices change. The revised Policy will display an updated effective date. You should review it periodically.
