This Privacy Policy explains how Real Royal Family Foundation (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use USDT Infinity: Miner Simulator (“the App”).

By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

  1. ABOUT THE APP

USDT Infinity: Miner Simulator is a crypto-themed puzzle and simulation game. It does not perform real cryptocurrency mining and does not provide real cryptocurrency, financial rewards, withdrawals, wallets, exchanges, investments, or financial services.

The App does not require users to create an account or sign in.

  1. INFORMATION PROCESSED BY THE APP

Depending on how the App and its third-party services are configured, the following information may be processed:

A. Device Identifiers

The App may generate or access a device-level identifier, such as Apple’s identifierForVendor, to:

• Maintain game progress and virtual balances
• Associate a device with leaderboard information
• Prevent duplicate or abusive leaderboard activity
• Support basic app functionality and security

The App may also use advertising identifiers when permitted by Apple’s policies and the user’s device settings.

B. Gameplay and App Activity

The App may process information such as:

• Completed and unlocked levels
• Selected difficulty modes
• Move counts and gameplay progress
• Virtual Coin, Diamond, and simulated USDT balances
• In-game conversion activity
• Leaderboard score and ranking position
• App interactions and advertising interactions

Some gameplay information and settings may be stored locally on the user’s device. Leaderboard-related information may be transmitted to our servers.

C. Technical and Diagnostic Information

The App displays third-party advertisements. Advertising providers may process:

  1. ADVERTISING AND APP TRACKING TRANSPARENCY

If the App or an integrated advertising provider uses information for tracking as defined by Apple, the App will request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before tracking occurs.

Users may decline tracking permission. Declining tracking does not prevent users from accessing the core puzzle gameplay.

Tracking permissions can be managed through:

iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking

Users may also limit personalized advertising through their device and Apple privacy settings.

  1. DATA SHARING

We do not sell users’ personal information.

Information may be shared with:

• Advertising and technology service providers
• Backend hosting and infrastructure providers
• Authorities when required by law
• Professional advisers or service providers where reasonably necessary
• A successor entity in connection with a merger, restructuring, or transfer of the App, subject to applicable law

  1. DATA RETENTION

Locally stored gameplay data remains on the device until the user clears the App’s data or uninstalls the App.

Server-side leaderboard and technical information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the leaderboard, prevent abuse, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our terms.

Information that is no longer required will be deleted, anonymized, or aggregated where reasonably possible.

  1. USER CHOICES AND DATA DELETION

Users may reset or remove locally stored information by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling the App.

To request access to or deletion of server-side information associated with a device identifier or leaderboard entry, contact:

The request should include enough information to help us identify the relevant leaderboard entry or device record. We may need to verify the request before processing it.

Users may withdraw advertising or tracking consent through the App’s available privacy controls or through their iOS device settings.

  1. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The App is not specifically directed to children under the minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly request a child’s name, email address, contact information, or other directly identifying information.

  1. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING

Information may be processed in countries other than the user’s country of residence. Where required, appropriate safeguards will be used for international data transfers.
